The portion of one cod and one regular fries is big enough for two person. The cod fish is coated not too thin, not too thick, just perfect. The fish is crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Fries fried upon order, warm soft in the inside, perfect match for the fish. Best fish and chips I had so far. Recommend everyone to try.

Freshly cooked fish and chips. Reasonable priced. My only bug we were charged extra to eat in and then advised would be charged extra for condiments and takeaway box. Have not experienced this at any other chip shop. Apart from that friendly staff and toasty food.

They always sell the best fish and chips. I now live miles away from it but I return frequently as they certainly know how to prepare a scrumptious meal.

I've been a few times. Chips are always good and the service is quick and friendly. Last time I was served a rotten fish - wizened bit of cod which smelt bad when I opened it up. It had been on the slab for a while and absorbed a lot of oil, to make matters worse. I probably won't go again which is a shame. Fish like this should be thrown away or not prepared in the first place.
